Chef Linton Hopkins has a new restaurant on the way to Buckhead Village. Slated to join Buckhead Center along Peachtree Road, Linton’s Bar and Grill and its adjoining bakery The Buttery are targeting a late spring opening in 2027, according to a release.
The restaurant is the latest to join the Hopkins and Company portfolio, helmed by Hopkins and his wife Gina. The restaurant-bakery will take a 7,000-square-foot space, offering options for to-go and dine-in service. The Buttery will have its own entrance and will offer fresh bread, croissants, sandwiches, coffee and desserts.
“We truly want to be a neighborhood restaurant,” Hopkins said in the release. “The place you go to and sit on the patio with friends over ice-cold martinis, crisp calamari and tuna tartare. The place you take your kids after school for a lemonade and cookie, while you grab a chicken pot pie from The Buttery. The place for annual birthday dinners with steaks and salads and our sprinkle birthday cake. Or a quick lunch of sandwiches and salads between meetings upstairs.”
Hopkins opened Restaurant Eugene in 2004 and later went on to open Holeman & Finch. Hopkins and Company also operates C. Ellet’s Steakhouse, H&F Burger, Hop’s Chicken and H&F Bottle Shop.
