A Vietnamese restaurant is bringing authentic flavors to Pompano Beach.
Pho Bar Vietnamese Kitchen will open its newest location at Pompano Beach Shopping Center. It will join the restaurant’s other locations in Orlando, Davie and Pembroke Pines, along with an express location in Boston.
The restaurant focuses on a dining experience rooted in traditional cooking techniques.
“From time-honored recipes requiring hours of preparation to innovative creations in a modern setting, each fish reflects our passion for high quality, authentic food,” the website reads.
The menu features shareable plates and starters such as wings, egg and spring rolls, shrimp, mussels, crispy Brussels sprouts and the “Hangover Cure,” a combination of bone marrow, egg and pho broth.
The main dishes center on pho, fittingly, along with rice plates, curries and noodle bowls.
Guests can customize their pho bowls or opt for the “House Special Pho,” made with slow-cooked beef broth, eye of round, brisket, flank steak, tripe and meatballs, with bean sprouts, fresh herbs, yellow and green onions served on the side.
Handcrafted cocktails, along with tea and coffee, round out the menu.
An official opening date has not yet been announced, however, the website reads: “Coming soon!”
