Peaks Cafe is coming to Indian Harbour Beach, with a new location planned for 1889 S. Patrick Drive, according to records from the Florida Department of Business and Professional Regulation (DBPR).

The upcoming cafe is listed under the name Peaks Cafe, with the DBPR record identifying the establishment in Indian Harbour Beach, in Brevard County. An opening date and additional details about the project have not yet been announced.

Florida corporate records show that Peaks Cafe LLC was established on August 25, 2026, and is currently active. Andrew Hahn and Morgan Hahn are listed as managers of the company, with a principal address at 10 Anchor Drive in Indian Harbour Beach.

Additional details about the concept, including the planned menu, size of the restaurant, design, seating, hours of operation and expected opening date, have not yet been made public.

The new cafe will be located along S. Patrick Drive, adding another food-and-beverage option to the Indian Harbour Beach community.
