7-Eleven has launched a new snack lineup inspired by the flavors of Hispanic culture. The Selección 7 line expands 7-Eleven’s 7-Select private brand with packaged baked goods, candy and snacks. The lineup includes conchas, mantecadas, pecan pound cake, chamoy peach rings, and more.

7-Eleven Launches Hispanic-Inspired Product Line

According to a company press release, one of the largest convenience store chains, 7-Eleven, is expanding its 7-Select brand with Selección 7.

Brandon Brown, Senior Vice President said, “Every element of Selección 7 has been thoughtfully developed, from the product selection to the vibrant packaging, with the goal of building a product line that feels relevant to customers and communities we serve.”

New Snacks Lineup

The bakery selection includes vanilla and chocolate conchas. Conchas are traditional Mexican sweet breads and have a soft and fluffy roll on the bottom with a sweet and crunchy cookie-like crust on top. 7-Eleven’s Vanilla and Chocolate Conchas will feature a soft vanilla or a rich chocolate topping.

The line also includes mantecadas, light, fluffy muffins with a mild vanilla flavor. Each package contains four muffins. The line will also offer Panqué con Nueces, a soft, spongy Mexican pound cake with a sweet, nutty flavor and crunchy pecans.

In the release, Brown mentioned, “Panqué con Nueces and Vanilla Conchas are already among the lineup’s top-performing items, giving customers more ways to reconnect with flavors they already love or find a new staple.”

All three baked goods are currently available at all participating 7-Eleven, Speedway, and Stripes stores nationwide.

Apart from the bakery items, the lineup also features candy and snacks, including Chamoy Aros Durazno (Chamoy Peach Rings), Cacahuates Estilo Japonés (Japanese-Style Peanuts), and Chichurritos Fuego (Fire Wheat Snack). These products are available in selected regions.

With the new product, 7-Eleven aims to offer familiar flavors to customers while giving others a chance to try something new.
