The fast-casual chain has become a popular stop for those going out to lunch.

A new Firehouse Subs is planned for 121 Howland Boulevard, Suite 105 in Deltona, per a recent permit filing at the state level. The company is one of the largest sandwich chains in the state, and they are using franchising to further expand. As this is a recent listing, no opening date has been revealed.

The company has around 180 locations throughout the Sunshine State, with more than 10 in the Orlando area. The subs spot has a number of classics including their Station Italian with salami and ham, and the Station Roast Beef & Provolone. Both hot and cold subs are prepared.

Firehouse Subs is proposed to be on the south side of Howland Boulevard, sharing the building with Caribbean Grill & Roti Shop and Deltona Nails & Spa. The Walmart is right behind the building, and it is closer to the Walmart Fuel Station. This is at the intersection of Route 415.

What Now Orlando is awaiting comment from the Firehouse Subs team on the new location.
