A wellness concept combining fitness and culinary nutrition is planned for West Lake Hills.

According to public filings, The House by Savor + Sweat plans to open at 3423 Bee Caves Road, Building A, Suite 200.

The House Savor + Sweat is a health and wellness fitness studio offering live and on-demand fitness classes, including dance cardio, barre and high-intensity interval training (HIIT), alongside cooking content, recipes and meal plans.

What Now Austin reached out to owner Erin Stewart to inquire about the opening timeline but did not hear back before press time.

Permitting records list January 2027 as the targeted construction completion date. However, dates listed in public filings are not always definitive.

Before relocating to Austin in 2021, Stewart spent a decade building and leading a boutique wellness brand with 26 locations worldwide. Her background also includes professional dance, Pilates and barre instruction, culinary training, and natural food product development.

In Austin and online, Savor + Sweat also offers virtual consultations and one-on-one personal training, alongside its digital library of workouts and cooking content.

The company combines physical movement, nutrition and mindful routines through fitness classes and culinary resources that customers can access from home or in person.
