GUESS, the iconic global lifestyle brand and fashion house, is working on something special for the Fashion Show Mall near the Las Vegas Strip. Signs at the mall indicate the brand has a temporary location on level 2 near Dillard’s and will reopen in Winter 2026.
“We are creating a new experience for you,” the sign in the Fashion Show Mall reads.
What Now Las Vegas briefly spoke with Guess Project Manager and Retail Operations for the region, Ryan Santos. Unfortunately, Santos was unable to share further details by the time of this publication.
“Throughout the decades GUESS invited people to dream with its iconic and timeless advertising campaigns that turned unknown faces into famous models,” the Guess website reads.
“Today GUESS is a truly global lifestyle brand with a full range of denim, apparel and accessories offered in over 100 countries around the world.”
The Marciano brothers (Georges, Maurice, Armand, and Paul) founded GUESS in 1981 in Los Angeles, California, after moving from southern France to the United States. The brand launched its signature “Marilyn” jean—a slim-fitting, stonewashed denim design featuring 3 zippers at the ankle. Bloomingdale’s ordered two dozen pairs, which sold out in just hours. Throughout the 1980s and 1990s, Paul Marciano led black-and-white print campaigns that launched the careers of famous supermodels and icons, including Claudia Schiffer, Naomi Campbell, Anna Nicole Smith, and Drew Barrymore.
“GUESS quickly became a symbol of a young, sexy and adventurous lifestyle,” the brand’s website reads.

The brand expanded into watches, perfumes, children’s wear (Baby Guess), Guess Kids, Guess Factory, and the upscale Marciano collection.
In the 2000’s, The Fashion Show Las Vegas underwent a huge transformation that nearly doubled its footprint to roughly 1.9 million square feet. During that expansion phase, GUESS was added to the mall’s tenant lineup alongside other prominent national brands.
The Guess store in the Fashion Show Mall offers men’s, women’s, and children’s denim, apparel, accessories, and handbags.
Check it all out for yourself at the refreshed GUESS store when it reopens in the Fashion Show Las Vegas at 3200 Las Vegas Blvd S by winter 2026.
