K-Town Korean BBQ plans to open at 4921 E. Ray Road, Suite 103, in Phoenix’s Ahwatukee neighborhood, according to a liquor license application submitted to the Arizona Department of Liquor Licenses and Control.
The restaurant will occupy the former Wicked Brews, Bites & Spirits space near 50th Street.
A floor plan submitted with the filing lists 9,115 square feet and shows rows of dining tables and booths, a bar, and a kitchen. The plans also show outdoor seating, although a note in the application states that the patio will not serve alcohol.
The application lists November 1, 2026, as the estimated completion date for renovations. An opening date has not been announced.
