Located on the northern corner of the Overpass Road-Curley Road intersection in Wesley Chapel, Innovation Springs looks to be adding a new Tropical Smoothie Cafe to its food and drink portfolio.

The smoothie chain, which now has more than 200 locations in Florida, has been growing fast in recent years, with new locations springing up all over the Sunshine State. Now, plans submitted by Hariras LLC show a new Tropical Smoothie location in the works at 7812 Invention Rd.

“Tropical Smoothie Cafe was born on a beach where people know how to live,” says the Tropical Smoothie Cafe website. “We like things fun and playful, sunny and bright. Shake your shoes off and turn the music up. It’s time to unwind.”

At this planned location, guests would be able to enjoy a broad selection that ranges from smoothies to flatbreads to acai bowls. Currently featured items from the menu include the Fanta Phantom (Mango, banana, non-fat yogurt, cinnamon & Fanta orange concentrate topped with purple vanilla flavored popping boba), the Salted Caramel Javablender (Cold brew coffee, banana, caramel sauce, Chobani Sweet Cream Zero Sugar & non-fat yogurt topped with a salted caramel crunch – 180mg of caffeine), and the Peanut Butter Banana Crunch Flatbread.

No opening date has been announced yet for the Innovation Springs Tropical Smoothie Cafe.
