Kelly’s Market in Decatur has changed hands at 308 E. Howard Ave.

Sean Crotty opened the family-run neighborhood market and deli in 2019 but is looking to retire, according to Steven Josovitz of The Shumacher Group, who helped broker the sale. Terminus Market & Provisions Company, comprised of William Atchison, Cian Holmes, Jude Holmes and Stephen Manguno, purchased the market this month.

The 4,000-square-foot market offers sandwiches and deli classics alongside groceries and essential goods. It also sells wine and beer, ranging from Old World wines to local craft beers.

It is unclear what changes the ownership group might make at Kelly’s Market. What Now Atlanta confirmed the sale with the new owners but could not immediately gain further information.
