The menu also includes Bananas Foster and Old Fashioned beignet sundaes. For groups, the cafe sells assorted boxes of 24 specialty beignets and bite boxes of up to 72 pieces.

The coffee menu includes drip coffee, cafe au lait, lattes, cold brew, and specialty drinks such as a Biscoff Cookie Butter Latte and a Honey-Cinna Lavender Latte. The cafe also serves chai, matcha, smoothies, and plant-based energy drinks. The current fall menu adds Pecan Praline Beignets and a Pumpkin White Mocha.

The company offers catering, gift cards, and a rewards program, according to its website. Franchise locations typically take 90 to 180 days to open after a lease is signed, according to the website. An opening date has not been announced.
