LongHorn Steakhouse has applied for a proposed restaurant at 3350 NC-87, Sanford, NC 27332, within the Adams Crossing development. The Triangle Business Journal reported the application in an Instagram post highlighting the growing interest from national restaurant brands in Sanford, North Carolina.
The proposed location would add another familiar dining name to the development, with LongHorn Steakhouse known for its steak-focused menu and casual atmosphere. The application does not confirm when the restaurant could open, and a construction start date has not been announced.
LongHorn’s menu features signature steaks such as Flo’s Filet, Outlaw Ribeye and New York Strip. According to their website, the restaurant also serves other entrees, including Parmesan Crusted Chicken, LongHorn Salmon and Wild West Shrimp, giving customers alternatives to its steak offerings. These menu choices have helped establish the chain as a destination for both steak dinners and casual meals.
For Sanford, the proposed restaurant is part of the wider interest from national chains highlighted by the Triangle Business Journal. Adams Crossing is the development identified in the report as the site of the proposed LongHorn Steakhouse location.
The project remains in the proposal stage, and further details about the restaurant’s size, design and opening schedule have not been announced. Until more information becomes available, the application signals a potential addition to Sanford’s restaurant lineup rather than a confirmed opening.
