Paleteria Daisy, a family-owned ice cream shop led by co-owner Daisy Garcia Donato, plans to open at 199 U.S. 175 Frontage Road, Suite 110, in Seagoville, according to a project filing with the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation.
Construction is scheduled to begin October 26, 2026, and finish January 26, 2027. The project is for a 1,890-square-foot space and will include separate dining and preparation areas, two restrooms, and plumbing and electrical work.
The family already operates Helados Daisy at 16201 Seagoville Road, Suite 110, in Dallas.
At the Dallas shop, customers can find homemade ice cream and Mexican antojitos. The menu includes paletas, crepes, fruit cups, elote, nachos, and chicharrones, along with mangonadas and smoothies.
