A haircut, threading and waxing can all be done at this business.
A recent permit filing shows the Salon of India team is preparing a new location at 12099 Luna Road, Suite 100 in Farmers Branch. Their salon already operates in Irving right by Dallas-Fort Worth International Airport. Owner Rashmi Khowala told What Now Dallas she does not yet have a debut date as it is early in the opening process.
Salon of India has been open in Irving since 2021 at 3285 Regent Boulevard, Suite 120. The store is a typical hair styling business with services like permanent straightening, a head oil massage, eyebrow work and full arm and leg waxing. Khowala said the services offered will be the same at the new Farmers Branch location.
The salon is on the west side of Luna Road, right off of Interstate 635. This is a standalone building, near many residential units and close to Sam Houston Trail Park. Like the Irving location, the storefront is also a short drive east of the airport.
From the permit filing, the work to be done on the building is a “renovation/alteration.” This building is also home to The Elara apartments, and the business is going in at the base of the building.
