Kintsugi will be a high-end Japanese concept featuring an extensive menu centered around sushi, refined small plates, fresh crudo, and elevated bento boxes. According to permit filings, the upcoming eatery’s culinary program highlights items like a Honey Miso Black Cod appetizer, a bluefin tuna trio crudo with citrus caviar, and a selection of signature “Boxes”— such as the lavish Royal Chirashi Box featuring uni, sweet shrimp, and Hokkaido scallop, served with an organic jidori egg yolk and choice of soup.
