Reynoldsburg Starbucks Files Permit to Perform a Major Renovation

The scope of the remodeling work will include new furniture, fixtures, lighting and artwork inside, along with some exterior updates.

According to a recently filed permit, the Starbucks located at 8070 E Broad St in Reynoldsburg is set to undergo a $550,000 remodel. As detailed in the filing, the remodeling project is set for interior work that includes some demolition, new framing and finishing, new and relocated furniture, fixtures and equipment, new lighting and artwork. 

Outside work includes new furniture, new awning fabrics and new signage. Additional non-cosmetic work will include some limited electrical, mechanical and plumbing work, according to the details in the permit filing. 

The Starbucks drink menu is diverse and includes coffee, tea and a line of fruit based frozen beverages. The food offerings range from pastries, breakfast sandwiches and light snack items.
