Bistro VG Owners Sell The Roswell Restaurant After More Than 26 Years

The new owners take the reins October 2.

Michele and Chris Sedgwick, the owners of Bistro VG, have decided to sell the Roswell restaurant after more than 26 years in business.

The couple Monday announced the news in an email blast and on the Bistro VG’s social media pages.

“Thank you for your incredible friendship and loyalty and for allowing us to do what we love so much,” the Sedgwicks said.

A “bittersweet farewell and introduction to the new owners” toast will take place Saturday, September 30, at 9 p.m.

Stravos Vacratsas and Nicholas Sousounis are the new owners of Bistro VG and will takeover the restaurant starting October 2.

The new owners will keep operating the restaurant as is, according to the announcement.
