It’s the third location for the stationery and supplies store.

Archer Paper Goods, a stationery and supplies retailer, is moving forward with plans to open in The Battery Atlanta.

Cobb County earlier this month issued a permit application for Archer Paper Goods to buildout the Cumberland store, at 900 Battery Avenue Southeast.

The retailer is taking space 25 at the SunTrust Stadium-adjacent mixed-use development. Signage at the space announcing the retailer has been in place since mid-2016.

The Battery Atlanta location will be the third Archer Paper Goods. The original store is in Ponce City Market and a second outpost is in Downtown Athens.

The concept is from owner Dan Collier of Daniel Richards, which reps “fine gifts and stationery” across the country.

Collier also owns and operates The MerchantRead ShopCollier Candy Company, and the forthcoming Collier’s Department Store.
