Nene and Gregg Leakes of the Real Housewives of Atlanta fame are opening a location of Swagg Boutique outside the perimeter.
A permit application this week was filed with Gwinnett County to buildout the retail store in suite 103 of The Shoppes on Sugarloaf, at 6590 Sugarloaf Pkwy.
Swagg Boutique will join tenants like Uncle Jack’s Meat House, T-Mobile, and Vinny’s NY Pizza and Grill in the Walgreens-anchored shopping center.
The Leakes late-2016 opened Swagg Boutique in Buckhead as a joint venture with Teresa Caldwell, mother to Shad Moss (Bow Wow).
It’s unclear if the new store is also a joint venture with Caldwell.
