309 E. Paces Ferry will be home to the co-working concept’s fourth Atlanta-area outpost.
Industrious is moving forward with its fourth Atlanta-area location.
The “premium” co-working concept will be situated in Buckhead’s 309 East Paces development, a redevelopment project from The Loudermilk Companies.
Industrious Buckhead will debut December 2017, a company spokesperson Wednesday in an email told What Now Atlanta.
“With this opening, Industrious is continuing to redefine the perception of what successful co-working is,” the spokesperson said.
“Gone are the ping pong tables, the anonymity, and the dogs. Instead, it’s a space for companies looking for a boutique office space as professional and innovative as their businesses. It’s an office environment that improves collaboration, innovation, and workplace happiness. And it’s attracting high-end professionals looking for a better place to work.”
The newest loft-style location will feature exposed ceilings and natural sunlight. Local craft coffee, pastries, and treats will be served daily, and the historic building—formerly home to Aaron’s headquarters—has ample parking.
Industrious will join furniture retailer BoConcept in 309 East Paces and has locations in Old Fourth Ward, Midtown, and West Midtown.
