Mill Creek Residential is moving forward with its Modera Reynoldstown project. Plans for the apartment community were first uncovered in 2016.

Planning and design firm Kimley-Horn this week filed several building permit applications with City of Atlanta for the forthcoming development.

One permit calls for the demolition of an existing structure on the work site, at 780 Memorial drive. Demolition is expected to cost $100,000.

Another permit seeks approvals to develop the land for an additional $1,400,000.

Modera Reynoldstown will be one of at least six “Modera” apartment communities in the Atlanta-area joining Buckhead, Cumberland, Midtown, Morningside, and Sandy Springs.

Once complete, Modera Reynoldstown will offer 320 residential units and 30,000 square feet of commercial space, as well as a 574-space parking deck.
