Ralph Lauren at the end of the month will shutter its two-story Buckhead store, a tipster Saturday first told What Now Atlanta (WNA) in an email.

The retailer, situated in the luxury wing of Lenox Square Mall near Nieman Marcus, will close its doors for good January 27, a Ralph Lauren manager confirmed with WNA on a visit to the store Sunday.

Almost all of the store’s merchandise—including sunglasses and fragrance—is 50 percent off in preparation for the shutter. Items already marked down are included in the sale.

The store’s furnishings and art will be “distributed” to other stores.

It’s unclear why the retailer is shuttering and what might open in its place.

Representatives for the mall’s owner Simon Property Group did not immediately return WNA’s request for comment.
