Wild Heaven Beer is moving forward with plans to open a production facility and tasting room in the Lee + White development.

Plans this week were filed with the City of Atlanta to convert 27,824 square feet of warehouse space into the “beer manufacturing facility.”

The official filing comes nearly a year after the project was first announced in March 2017.

Wild Heaven is “shifting operations” from its original Avondale Estates brewery, making the Lee + White facility the company’s “primary production and tasting location,” according to marketing materials for the “food and beverage district.”

An estimated $1,500,000 will be spent constructing the new brewery.

Wild Heaven will be situated in suite 1010 and is expected to move-in Q4 of 2018.
