Jackbilt Homes is bringing Atlanta’s latest townhome community, Urban By The Forest, to Kirkwood.
The custom home builder last week filed plans with the City of Atlanta to ready the land where the 15-unit residential community will be built.
Urban By The Forest will be situated adjacent the “picturesque Kirkwood Urban Forest,” according to the project’s marketing materials.
Pimsler Hoss Architects is behind the community’s design.
All townhomes will feature four levels of living spaces, covered rooftop decks, garages, private garden areas, and “modern floor plans with luxury finishes and elevators.”
Custom upgrades include outdoor kitchens, rooftop Jacuzzis, and “tailored design packages for personalized construction.”
Ground is expected to break in April with a delivery of late-2018.
