Dunkin’ has inked a deal to open on the ground level of Spectrum on Spring.

The doughnut and coffee shop is the first known tenant for the new Midtown apartment midrise, at 1270 Spring Street.

Spectrum has 259 residential units. Its first move-ins were July 23, 2018.

Dunkin’ will occupy a 1,950-square-foot space in Spectrum.

It is currently in permitting with the City of Atlanta to get the necessary approvals to begin its buildout.

At least four commercial tenant spaces remain, according to the latest leasing materials.

The largest space, Suite C8 at 3,805 square feet, is being marketed to restaurants with space for a patio.

This will be the second Dunkin’ to open in the immediate area this year.

In January an outpost opened in the West Midtown Center development.

The company was planning a location in Fuqua’s Madison Yards development.

That deal folded.
