Manny’s Grant Park, owned by Manuel Maloof, the grandson of the founder of Manuel’s Tavern, will open March 22.

A grand opening party will be held on Friday, according to a post on the neighborhood restaurant’s Facebook page.

Manny’s Grant Park replaces Stone Soup, at 588 Woodward Ave SE.

It is part of a revitalization project from Paces Properties along that section of Woodward Avenue and Boulevard.

The pub, first announced in 2017, was targeting a spring 2018 debut.

It’s unclear why the opening has been delayed by nearly a year.

The space is designed with sports fans in mind.

Several televisions can be found throughout the pub.

There is also a game room complete with darts and a patio.

Manny’s Grant Park will serve lunch, dinner, and weekend brunch.

Its beer menu offers 20 options on draft.
