Las Vegans will soon gain yet another beloved Pinkbox Doughnut branch, this time at 3990 E Sunset Rd. Permit filings have revealed over $22,000 of estimated exterior renovations for the soon-to-be doughnut shop.
Pinkbox first teased the opening with some minor signage at 3990 E Sunset Rd., a building that was most recently occupied by a liquor store.
First established in 2012, Pinkbox Doughnuts now has branches near Lake Mead, in Henderson, and on Tropicana Avenue. This Vegas-born donut chain is growing quickly, as they also plan to open locations outside of Nevada, including California, Utah, and Arizona.
Pinkbox Doughnuts has gathered a loyal customer base across Nevada through their small-town doughnut shop feel, and their opposition to preservatives.
While the shop was first started by Roberto Armanino, it has since changed hands to Steve and Judi Siegel of The Siegel Group (TSG), a real estate investment firm. In addition to Pinkbox, TSG’s portfolio ranges from residential complexes to office spaces.
The Sunset Rd. property is listed on the TSG website as “Future Pinkbox Doughnuts.”
