The Griffin on Spring, a newish 24-story tower mixed-use in DTLA’s Fashion District, will soon have several food and beverage options on its ground-level.

Health-conscious restaurant chain True Food Kitchen, alongside Menotti’s Coffee Shop and Paradis Ice Cream, have all secured space in The Griffin, according to a site plan for the development obtained by What Now Los Angeles Tuesday.

True Food Kitchen will anchor the Holland Residential mixed-use, at 755 S. Spring Street, with a 4,900-square-foot corner unit complete with adjacent outdoor space.

There will be seating for 98 inside and space for 39 on the nearly 1,000-square-foot patio.

Two small tenant spaces remain and are available for lease in The Griffin, sized at 700 and 1,135 square feet.

While opening timelines have not yet been disclosed it is likely that all three businesses will debut in 2020.

True Food Kitchen has already started the liquor licence application process and Paradis has the forthcoming downtown outpost listed on its website as “coming soon.”
