Gigi’s, a “classic French bistro,” is nearing its opening in the Media District of Hollywood.

Slated to debut in the fall, Gigi’s, a restaurant from New Yorker Alex Wilmot, will be situated at 904 N. Sycamore Ave.

Wilmot, a Whitmans co-founder, did not immediately respond to What Now Los Angeles’ request for comment Tuesday.

Gigi’s is one of three ground-level tenants in the 7029 Willoughby building, one of several properties in the larger La Brea Corridor Projects development.

CIM Group has been rehabbing various buildings along La Brea, Sycamore, and Orange Avenues, and adding a mix of new construction, creating what the developer is collectively calling the La Brea Corridor Projects.

Across all of the buildings, CIM is offering multiple uses including office, retail, restaurant, and residential.

Gigi’s is situated in a corner space adjacent Supervinyl with a yet-to-be-leased 775-square-foot retail space next to that, according to a 7029 Willoughby site plan.
