San-Jose-born Togo’s Sandwiches is beginning to set up around the Las Vegas Valley. According to a recent lease signing, Henderson will see its first Togo’s at 1000 N Green Valley Pkwy. in Pebble Marketplace.

Togo’s was founded in 1971, and has since expanded to nearly 200 locations across the Western U.S. While the brand has yet to make an announcement about this particular move, Togo’s has been working toward this expansion since the summer of 2020.

Eater Las Vegas reported last August that franchisee Wayne Bauer was targeting late 2020 to open stores throughout Henderson, Mountain’s Edge and Spring Valley, but none have opened yet.

Once they open the 1,300 square feet sandwich shop in Henderson, Togo’s customers will be able to pick from dozens of options, including Mediterranean chicken wraps and meatball subs. Togo’s also offers fresh pretzels that can be customized with ¼ lb of pastrami, turkey breast or chicken. The brand also prides itself on its fresh-made artisan bread.
