Recent permit applications point to a pending Costco Wholesale development at 7357 Roy Horn Way, outlining plans for both a warehouse and a gas station.

Just off the Bruce Woodbury Beltway in South Spring Valley, the new Costco will be located between Arroyo Market Square and several car dealerships.

What Now Las Vegas reached out to Costco’s Director of Real Estate Development for comment, but the brand has yet to make an official announcement on its Spring Valley Plans.

Once constructed, Costco will be neighbors to an array of nearby box stores, including Walmart, Home Depot, Best Buy and more. After establishing five successful Costco stores in the Las Vegas Valley, this new development will be filling in yet another open market between their existing Summerlin and Silverado Ranch warehouses.

Costco is headquartered in Washington State, though the recent permit filing was submitted by the brand’s Irvine, CA office. Despite the pandemic, the wholesale company has continued to grow throughout 2020, with over 500 stores and counting nationwide.
