Hot N Juicy Crawfish is opening its fourth Las Vegas restaurant in the Downtown Grand Hotel at 206 N 3rd St., according to recent leasing documents. Owners Tim Nguyen and Laina Vo launched the business in Las Vegas over a decade ago, and have since taken it across the country.

In addition to their three local joints on and off the Strip, Hot N Juicy can also be found in Hollywood, Washington D.C., New York City and more. While each location varies, the typical Hot N Juicy experience involves dining around plastic-lined tables meant for discarding shells from spicy crab legs, lobsters and, of course, crawfish.

As described on the company’s website, the owners seek to create a memorable experience for each guest, by serving “Not just any crawfish, but the kind of crawfish that will keep you awake at night wondering when you can get some more, the kind that doesn’t need pretense, special occasion, or utensils.”

The restaurant space that will soon house Hot N Juicy Crawfish spans 8,850 square feet, within walking distance from the Fremont Street Experience and the Mob Museum. What Now Las Vegas reached out to the owners for comment, but they did not immediately respond to confirm the development in the Downtown Grand.
