The Las Vegas Raiders and M Resort announced Thursday that the upcoming Raiders-themed eatery in the off-strip resort will be known as Raiders Tavern & Grill. It is expected to open around late March, according to Las Vegas Review-Journal reporting.
“The M Resort has been a great environment for the players, coaches, alumni and staff, so when discussion began to lend our name to a restaurant, it just made sense to look right here,” said Raiders President Marc Badain in a statement. “With the launch of the Raiders Tavern & Grill, fans and the public at large will be immersed in the Silver & Black experience through décor and memorabilia while enjoying great food, drinks and service.”
Unsurprisingly, Raiders Tavern & Grill will cater to a sports-loving audience. According to Raiders Public Relations, the 3,400+ square foot dining space will contain two bars and more than 45 high-definition televisions around the restaurant, with Raiders merchandise and memorabilia displayed throughout.
The Las Vegas Review-Journal reports the restaurant will have an expansive and diverse menu, including sports bar-staples as well as items such as seared salmon, steamed crab legs and pizza. The specialty drinks will come from the Remy Martin Bar and beer will be supplied by the Modelo Bar.
M Resort in Henderson is the official team headquarters hotel of the Las Vegas Raiders. Raiders Tavern & Grill expects to open late March.
