El Bayer Design & Development Group, INC (EDDG) is planning Sepulveda Retail Center in Van Nuys.

The two-story project, at 5805 N Sepulveda Blvd, would offer a little over 16,000 square feet of commercial space, adjacent an existing eight-story office building.

Sepulveda Retail Center would be built from the ground up.

Leasable office space would sit atop retail in the mixed-use, according to the plans, with each floor encompassing 7,447 square feet.

Sami El Bayar, the owner of EDDG, on Monday did not immediately respond to a request for comment by What Now Los Angeles.
