Halcyon To Get WeWork’s 12th Metro-Area Location, Second Suburban

Office space in the Alpharetta mixed-use is now 100 percent leased with the addition of 57,921-square-foot co-working deal.

WeWork has signed on at Halcyon, Developer RocaPoint Partners this week announced in a press release.

The co-working giant has leased the top two floors of the Alpharetta mixed-use project’s four-story 1200 Building located above street-level retail, adjacent a greenspace.

Office space at Halcyon’s first phase is now 100 percent leased.

With this deal, WeWork is well on its way to leasing 1 million square feet of space across 12 locations in metro Atlanta including Coda, Colony Square, 101 Marietta, and 725 Ponce.

The company recently announced its first suburban office space at 1155 Perimeter Center West near the Sandy Springs MARTA station.

Halcyon includes 250,000 square feet of Class-A office space located in the Cumming-Forsyth submarket of Atlanta with access to Georgia State Route 400.

Halcyon also includes on-site conference space, fitness studios, Wi-Fi-connected pocket parks, retailers, restaurants and 665 new residences all within walking distance.
