Pure Fit Meal Prep, which has been online-based for four years now, will be expanding to open a storefront just off 215 later this summer.
“We are a healthy meal prep company that will offer meals ready to grab and go with the option to dine in if they prefer,” Founder and CEO Robyn Berry told What Now Las Vegas.
Pure Fit Meal Prep will be moving into Apache Plaza at 5135 S. Fort Apache Rd., into a space that will reportedly require an extensive interior remodel that includes new partition walls, floor and wall and ceiling finishes, as well as mechanical, plumbing and electrical repairs.
The Walmart shadow-anchored retail center has a tenant mix of daily need and service industries with nearby businesses including Veggy Street, Streets of New York and 7 Sinful Subs.
“All of our meals will be packaged to go, however, we will have microwaves for those that want to stay and dine in,” Berry explained. “We plan to offer breakfast, lunch, dinner, salads, bottled beverages and some retail items.”
Pure Fit Meal Prep’s mission is to inspire and motivate a healthy and nutritious lifestyle. While eating clean and healthy meals may not be convenient and affordable for some, Pure Fit Meal Prep wants to do the shopping, cooking and delivering for its customers.
With a 4 Step System, Pure Fit Meal Prep allows customers to customize their meals for their personal preference and goals. Some signature meals include Chicken Alfredo, Kung Pao Chicken and Turkey Bolognese.
“We have a rotating menu each menu with over 30 different options,” Berry added. “We also offer fully customizable meals on our website or upon request.”
Pure Fit Meal Prep hopes to open its first physical storefront in June 2021. It will be delivering three days out of the week throughout all of Las Vegas.
