After the success of their catering business, Vanilla & Pepper Catering and Events, Owners Alessandro Stoppa and German Castellanos are excited to open their own restaurant this month.
“Aromi will be a classic authentic Italian restaurant,” Stoppa said. “Catering was a good starting point but our dream has always been to open our own restaurant.”
He said the restaurant is currently working on getting its liquor license but will be open by the end of the month.
Stoppa said Aromi will be opening in a 2,200-square-foot space on Rampart Boulevard that used to be Nittaya’s Secret Kitchen, which moved a few blocks away.
Aromi will include an outdoor patio.
“We’re eager to deliver our product to the community,” Stoppa said. “We’re right off The Strip and will be affordable.”
In Summerlin, Aromi will be off the corner of West Lake Mead Boulevard and Rampart Boulevard.
