Tacos del Julio opened a location on The Strip earlier this month.

The Tacos del Julio restaurant chain offers authentic Mexican food, most popular in central and northern Mexico. Found in Houston and Katy, Texas currently, the move to Vegas appears to be a big one for the franchise.

The Tacos del Julio that operates in Houston not only offers authentic Mexican flavors with all of its meals, but also has a warm family atmosphere for customers to enjoy.

Owner Rolando Rodriguez is originally from Monterrey, Nuevo Leon, and has given taco lovers a place to find everything their demanding palate asks of them. Famous for its taquitos, customers are greeted with charro beans instead of the traditional chips and salsa when they sit down and its specialties include the famous tacos de trompo, Mexican enchiladas, and the Siberian tostadas.

Moving to Hawaiian Marketplace in Paradise, Tacos del Julio is in front of Aria Casino. It replaces Chew & Chung, which moved to the Venetian Food Court last year.
