A new business, Dough House, will be opening soon in Spring Valley.
Owner Axenia Cobzac said they would be releasing more information about the business to What Now Las Vegas in a couple of weeks but said the plan was to open in July.
Dough House will reportedly be moving into a 4,000 square-foot space on the first floor of the center. It plans on doing a full build-out of a restaurant and cafe.
While little is known about the new spot, the Eldan Center, conveniently located at 5875 S. Rainbow Blvd., should help the Dough House grow its name in no time.
Designed with a Greco-Roman facade, the 38,000 square-foot commercial office and retail building sits on a street that reportedly sees an average of 43,000 cars per day.
