Gusto! Founder Nate Hybl and local operating partner Bobby Bryde have set an opening date for the quick-service eatery’s Chamblee location.
Gusto! Chamblee and its drive-thru, the first for the now five-location restaurant chain, will debut on October 12, 2019, at 11 a.m., at 4945 Peachtree Blvd, according to an announcement Tuesday.
Hybl and Bryde were originally aiming for a September opening.
“We’re excited to reveal a new model of gusto! with added convenience for Chamblee residents and nearby businesses,” Hybl said in a press release Tuesday.
“The Chamblee community has already been so receptive to our brand, and we’ll be showing our gratitude on opening day by giving away swag bags featuring complimentary entrée vouchers to the first 50 guests.”
Hybl and Bryde also will give back to the community by donating 10 percent of sales on opening day to Angel Flight Soars, a non-profit organization at the DeKalb-Peachtree Airport that arranges free air transportation for people who need to travel to receive lifesaving medical treatment but lack the means.
Expect the bowls and wraps gusto! is known for with the added convenience of a drive-thru.
