North Hollywood’s Arts District could soon be home to Town Hall, the City’s latest food hall endeavor.

Town Hall is set to replace Cupcake Studios, at 11020 W Magnolia Blvd.

Subar was not immediately available for comment when reached Friday by What Now Los Angeles.

Seeds And Growth, a “full-service consultancy of Cultural Engineers, Spatial Designers, Strategists, and Producers,” is working on the project.

“It might be your office, your home away from home. Constantly changing to keep you coming back again and again. True to the arts district spirit of first adapters and pioneers, it offers food, discovery, and community on the cutting edge.”
