At 14631 – 14633 W Friar Street, visitors can currently find a vacant lot that previously housed two one-story, single-family dwellings with detached garages. Approved for the site are plans to build a five-story, 11-unit apartment building.

Once complete, it will include three affordable housing units, a ground-level parking garage, and a minimum of 1,521 square feet of usable open space.

Delivery is not expected until the end of 2021 or spring of 2022, a source from Minarc, the project’s applicant, told What Now Los Angeles. Ultra-Unit Architectural Studio is listed as the yet-to-be-named development’s architect.
