L.A.’s restaurants continue to innovate amid the novel coronavirus pandemic. The latest pivot while takeout and delivery reign supreme arrives Thursday from KazuNori: Home Hand Roll Kits.

Starting August 6, Angelenos (and New Yorkers) can order the DIY kits which are available for pickup and delivery, the Sugarfish sister eatery Wednesday announced in an email to patrons.

Each kit comes with everything needed to make 20 hand rolls, including four different fillings (toro, crab, yellowtail, and salmon), Chef Nozawa’s signature warm rice, and seaweed, plus an assortment of condiments. The kit serves four to five people.

KazuNori has already been offering its handrolls to-go for quite some time in cute little packages complete with everything needed to recreate the dine-in experience at home. A few weeks ago, the restaurant also started offering its Uni and Ikura (salmon eggs) to-go for the first time ever via “our Los Angeles limited availability menu.”
