A new Panda Express is coming to Hollywood, at 1050 N Vine Street. A building permit was filed to convert the space into the quick-service, Chinese restaurant chain’s newest outpost, which sits about a half a mile away from another Panda Express, at 727 Vine Street.

Reps for Panda Express told What Now Los Angeles that the restaurant is projected to open by the end of September. The previous tenant of the space, occupying Suites A and B, was a sandwich, salad, wine, and bar concept called Hunter and Charlie’s.

Here are some interior renderings to get an inside look at what the new restaurant will look like, which will include a panda mural, red accents, and sleek lighting.
