Riverside, California-based Burger Boss has opened its West Hollywood doors, at 7111 Santa Monica Blvd, the company recently announced on Facebook. It is the first location in Los Angeles since the franchise’s founding in 2011 and the sixth location in total for the growing brand.

Burger Boss started serving out of the new corner space on the ground floor of The Dylan Apartments at the end of August. The build-your-own-burger concept offers patties available as grass-fed beef, cage-free chicken breast filets, ground turkey breast, and black bean. Sides include fries, which can also be built-your-way. There are also bowls (salads) with a lettuce base and your choice of a protein.

“We’re firm believers that bringing back the great American burger starts with letting you, the burger lover, always be boss,” according to the Burger Boss website. “It’s based on a simple formula–use only grass-fed, natural, goodness.”

Burger Boss’ home, The Dylan, is an Essex property and offers studio, one-, and 2-bedroom apartments built in 2014. It sits across the street from the West Hollywood Gateway shopping mall.
