Pinewood Forest Monday announced two new businesses will be joining the growing list of retailers in the community’s Town Center in late-2020.
Leyland Blue Home Décor and Premiere Hair Studio will be within walking distance of Pinewood Forest residents and movie industry professionals at the adjacent Pinewood Atlanta Studios facilities.
Leyland Blue Home Décor, a local, family-owned boutique will sell home décor and apparel, including a mix of furniture, textiles, candles, and art.
The store focuses on southern-crafted, custom, and natural elements.
“We are excited and grateful to be launching our dream come true, Leyland Blue, in Pinewood Forest,” Co-Owner Jordan Griffie said in a prepared statement.
“We look forward to bringing our passion for home furnishings, decor, and women’s apparel to the community.”
Services include haircuts, color, and natural styling.
Bill Lynch of Pace Lynch Realty and Todd Semrau of Oakhurst Realty Partners represented Pinewood Forest in both transactions.
“Leyland Blue and Premiere Hair Studio join an exciting retail line up in Pinewood Forest, with more announcements to come,” Semrau in an email told What Now Atlanta Monday.
Other concepts already announced for Pinewood Forest’s Town Center include Sugarcoat Nails, Native Beauty Bar salon and boutique, and The Skin Society, plus cuisine from Apple Butter Bakery, Honeysuckle Gelato, Hop City + Barleygarden, and Braise.
Plans also call for a nine-screen movie theatre expected to open in 2021.
