Utah-based franchise Crumbl Cookies is expanding to Georgia with an outpost in Alpharetta, at 4190 Old Milton Pkwy, in the Village at Park Bridge shopping center.

The cookie and ice cream shop will occupy suite 2L, a roughly 1,200-square-foot space most recently home to College Nannies+Sitters.

Construction is already underway in the space.

The local franchisees are Blake Morgan, Grant Goodwin, and Chase Hudson.

Morgan lives in Alpharetta and will be the team’s “boots on the ground.”

“We are passionate about the product and believe Crumbl makes the best cookies in the world,” Hudson in an email told What Now Atlanta.

“The company has had tremendous growth and success since its founding in 2017 in Logan, Utah, and we knew that the concept would be successful in Georgia. We chose Alpharetta based on the great things we have heard about the city (family/friends recommendations, ‘up and coming’ factor, etc.) and demographics.”

Crumbl’s targeted opening timeline was mid-May, 2020, “although this may slip to June or later given the circumstances” with COVID-19, according to Hudson.

Several additional Crumbl locations in the northern Atlanta area could be in the works “subject to the success of the Alpharetta store.”
