Mama Por Dios, a gourmet Mexican restaurant, is opening a second location in Los Angeles.
Officials applied for an alcohol license for 8722 W 3rd St., in the Beverly Grove neighborhood, earlier this week.
Mama Por Dios has a current location at 12225 E. Foothill Blvd., in Rancho Cucamonga.
The restaurant “highlights the best of México, with its flavors, aromas, colors, traditions and art,” according to the website.
“Live the experience in every dish,” the website reads.
The location was previously occupied by Vietnamese restaurant The District by Hannah An.
Representatives from Mama Por Dios could not be reached for comment.
