In addition to our normal news coverage, What Now Atlanta is tracking ways Atlanta’s businesses are adapting to the novel coronavirus and the challenges it brings to brick-and-mortars.
Los Angeles-based CORE Response in partnership with the Arthur M. Blank Family Foundation has opened a coronavirus testing site at Mercedes-Benz Stadium in the Home Depot Backyard, at 80 Northside Dr. NW, adjacent to the stadium.
The CORE testing center is open daily from 10 a.m. to 4. p.m. and is offering free COVID-19 tests by appointment only.
Atlantans are asked to pre-register in advance for an appointment by following this link.
There are three other testing sites in the Atlanta-area, and two temporary walk-in options now through May 1 at 4 p.m.:

The process will take approximately 30 minutes from specimen collection to delivery of results, and patients need to pre-register in advance for an appointment.
Mobile Unit Testing/Walk-Up Sites; Managed by the Fulton County Board of Health
To register in advance call the Fulton County Board of Health at 404-613-8150. Registration is also available on-site and site locations will be updated on a weekly basis. These sites are intended to be walk-up sites for the community and surrounding area, parking will be limited.
