In addition to our normal news coverage, What Now Atlanta is tracking ways Atlanta’s businesses are adapting to the novel coronavirus and the challenges it brings to brick-and-mortars.

Kevin Rathbun Steak is reopening its dining room as of June 9, the restaurant in an email announced to patrons Tuesday.

“We are truly grateful for your ongoing support and patronage during these trying times and we look forward to welcoming you back!,” the email states.

Kevin Rathbun Steak will be open Tuesday through Thursday from 5 p.m. to 9 p.m. and on Friday and Saturday from 5 p.m. to 10 p.m.

Reservations are recommended.

Owner/Chef Kevin Rathbun won’t be reopening nearby Rathbun’s and Krog Bar, however.

Rathbun last month announced those locations would stay shuttered permanently after the restauranteur was unable to come to terms with new landlord Asana Partners (which is building a breezeway through the restaurants).
